Steep & Brew Return Policy

How do I return something?

Any unopened item(s) purchased through www.steepandbrewcoffee.com  or over the phone with Steep & Brew Coffee Co at 855 E. Broadway Ave Monona, WI 53716, can be returned at any time within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] or by calling  1(800)876-1986 ext 223. When contacting us please be ready to share the reason for the return, your order number or invoice number, the date of purchase and the product description of the item(s) you want to return.

Depending on the reason for the return the shipping fee may not be refunded.

If an incorrect item(s) was shipped or damaged during shipping, the item(s) will be replaced at no cost of the customer. We ask for photographs of damaged product so that we can file a claim with the shipping company when necessary. Where necessary we will send out a return tag via UPS to pick the item(s) for a credit to be issued (if a replacement is not being sent.)

How do I change an online order?

If an order needs to be changed or canceled, please contact our Customer Service at   1(800)876-1986 ext 223 or email us at [email protected]. When sending an email or leaving a voicemail please leave your full name on the order, a phone number to reach you at and your order number. We will get back to you as soon as within 24 business hours.
