I followed the same procedures in brewing the whole bean Breakfast Blend & the Costa Rican Blend. The Costa Rica Blend is darker in color and a tad stronger taste than the Breakfast Blend. Both beans provide a true coffee flavor that leaves no bitter after taste and allows one to enjoy their particular breakfast meal. I prefer to drink the Costa Rica Blend from a mug than a china cup. This would be a very good coffee while having a group over for brunch. Also if you tend to drink more than 4 cups a day? This would be a good selection to make it through the day. Sorry folks!
