This changed the game for me. After getting really into good coffee about a year and a half ago, my taste has always leaned towards dark, smokey roasts. There were some medium roasts I liked, but I had been disappointed in the light roasts I tried, so I just stayed away.RATING
However, wanting to try something new, I decided to give this Ethiopian a shot, and I'm in love. THIS is what light roasts are all about. I get deep currant and winey notes with a pleasant acidity, and it's a wonderful cup to wake up to. Complex and easy to drink, till the last drop. (Posted on 11/22/2020)
